Healthy Moves will be marching with lights at dusk with our Healthy Moves ponies for the 2nd Annual EUGENE BRIGHT Parade on Sat, Sept 28, 7:00-8:30 pm. The parade route runs through downtown Eugene, starting and ending at 8th Ave. & High Street. The 2024 theme is: LIGHTEN UP! and the 2024 EUGENE BRiGHT Parade will showcase the best in illuminated human- and electric-powered art!
Springfield's The Block Party, Friday, September 6th, 5-10 pm - Healthy Moves will be there from 5-8 pm. Grab the kids and head on over to the party of the year before school starts! This is a Community event that Healthy Moves loves to be a part of. Let's Go to the Springfield Block Party!
Healthy Moves will be at the Fest August 23rd and 24th. Denise will be teaching a Let's Move Fitness Funk Aerobic Class on Saturday morning at 10 am, hosted by Healthy Moves and open to all ages. Healthy Moves will partner with Eugene Marathon at Market Fest on Saturday morning before the Let's Move aerobic class. There will a 5k race with 3 different pace options: 7 minute pace led by Ian, 9 minute pace lead by Larecea and a walk pace lead by Becky.
